In Stepping on the Cracks two girls have their brother fighting in World II,but they have their own problem.They a bully named Gordy who always teases them.Then they find a big secret about Gordy and have a different look at him for the rest of their life.
I would recommend this book because it has a thrilling turning parts and one of the best climax of any book I've read.It really makes you think in each characters.
