Nina,a girl that went to Harlow School,got turned in for trying to turn in third children.The only way she couldn't get executed was if she tried to get these other kids to admit they are third children.Nina dosen't end up betraying them,she ends up saving them.
I recommend this book because it is very exciting and you never know what will happen next. If you like adventure and mystery you should read this book. This book has alot of twists and turns. If you read and like this book it is a series. Among the Betrayed is the third book in the Shadow Children series so if you like this book, read the other ones.
